Open Firewall Configuration


And add *.uscourtforms.com, and *.formsworkflow.com as trusted websites in their Firewall Configuration


Whenever I see that issue, it is directly related to a firewall/ proxy issue. Usually by configuring an exception for our IP address or URL will resolve the issue.


If you set an exclusion using a wildcard (*.uscourtforms.com, and *.formsworkflow.com) that should take care of the issue.
