We found an update that was released Aug 1, 2017 that has caused this issue. It was narrowed down to a specific updated DLL from the latest Office patch.


Update: KB4011051

DLL file affected: Mso30win32client.dll


This new version above is the one breaking our toolbar. If you replace this .DLL file with a previous version, the toolbar starts to work.


In this latest Office patch, MS installs a newer version of Mso30win32client.dll file in this location C:\Program Files\Common Files\microsoft shared\OFFICE16 and for 64bit operating system it installs it in both  C:\Program Files\Common Files\microsoft shared\OFFICE16 and C:\Program Files (x86) \Common Files\microsoft shared\OFFICE16. In order to fix the issue you would need to replace the updated dll file with an older version. Please contact support at 800-293-2771 if you need a copy of the older dll file.
