The parameters section determines the data output no mater who the recipient is. If the goal is to send reports to recipients that should only receive event information they are associated with, leave the office portion of the parameters section blank.
I am trying to setup a new firm wide report and would like that report to distribute to individuals from only a certain office. I am additionally confused regarding the difference between the parameters and distribution sections.
