If using authentication, have the user visit your edockets url. Once this occurs, that user profile should be automatically created in eDockets under manage users in the admin tool. Find that user, double click, and in the group drop down, select the appropriate group, then save and close out.
I would like to add our new paralegal to our staff list and give her admin access on her desktop. How can I accomplish this?
