eDockets does not allow two cases to be created with the exact same Case ID. As a workaround, eDockets provides a case extension field that allows you to create a case under the same matter with the same Case ID, plus a value for the extension field.
We are looking to be able to manage multiple cases under the same client matter number, however when attempting to create the second case, it is indicating that the case ID is already being used. How can I override?
