The dropdown for the form search in the toolbar is blank or says user is null. 


Possible Causes: The symptoms described are usually caused by a problem with the credentials being used in the " Locate Forms" section of the Settings screen.

 

Examples of this could include:

a. Incorrectly entered User ID and/or password;

b. Invalid User ID and/or password.

 

To verify which of the above it might be, try the following test for both 'a' and 'b' above:

Go to www.formsworkflow.com site and hit the 'Login' button;

Enter the User ID into the 'Login' screen;

For the password, enter it into Notepad first then copy/paste it from there into the FWF login's password field. 

 

If both tests fail, please contact ALN Support in order to receive valid credentials.
