Title changes will not update previously docketed items. Only newly created dockets and events will reflect the new change. To get around this, use the attorney change utility in the admin tool to search for that attorney's cases, then under the change role tab, change title and role and update. This should change the title or role for previously docketed items.
We have an attorney that was just promoted to partner. I went into admin tool, then attorneys/staff, and changed him to partner, but on his cases he is still showing up as an associate. Why is that?
