eDockets utilizes Window Authentication so you don’t need to manually add a user in eDockets.  Also, assuming the user is already setup in Active Directory by your IT department, a user should be able to access eDockets successfully without any username or password.  Keep in mind, when a new user is automatically created, that user is assigned to the default group.  A systems level admin will need to assign that individual to the appropriate group in their user profile under 'manage users.'
