As an administrator, go to the attorney change utility under the admin tool. In step 1, enter the timekeeper and search for cases. In step 2, check all the desired cases you want affected. In step 3, click the change notification tab and enter the timekeeper again. Deselect the email check box, but check the appointment checkbox if you still desire outlook appointments. Assign role and click OK.
A timekeeper has indicated they no longer want to receive the same day emails on events. How can I change this method of notification in bulk for all her cases?
