Currently, only policy (default reminders) will assign themselves automatically to new attorneys or staff added to a case, docket or event. Manual reminders created at the event level will not be assigned to new attorney or staff added to the event.
When I add a case attorney to an existing case with events, the custom reminders on some existing events are not transferring to that person. Why?
