Chances are, new users are created automatically using Active Directory. Instruct the new user to visit your firm's eDockets url which will automatically create a new user in eDockets. Then, under the admin tool, go to manage users to find the user. Double click into that profile and assign the user to the appropriate group using the group drop down. Save and close.
I would like to add our new paralegal to our staff list and give her admin access on her desktop. How is this accomplished?
