401: Unauthorized errors usually indicates Exchange user’s password is incorrect. Chances are the password expired? Please re-enter Exchange user’s password in eDockets and give it another attempt. Step: Go to the Admin Tool -> Offices, update Exchange user’ password for all offices.
I am getting a System.Net.WebException: The request failed with HTTP status 401: Unauthorized. This is affecting eDockets to sync with our calendars.
