We have been having problems with events failing to push to the Outlook calendar even though the "notify" box is checked at the case level. What can I do?
Please ensure the "Event" Level notification boxes are checked, and that the event status is active.

I had removed myself from a case and another secretary went in and changed a closed docket to active. Now everyone under the old case level still remains on each event under the docket.  Is this proper behavior?
Yes, it should behave in this manner if App Setting 67 is set to True.
