My attorney is receiving future events even though I removed him from the case. How do I fix this?
As an administrator, go to the Admin Tool and set Application Setting 67 to True.

We have been having problems with events failing to push to the Outlook calendar even though the "notify" box is checked at the case level when the case is created. What can I do?
Please ensure the "Event" Level notification boxes are checked, and that the event status is active.

I had removed myself from the case level and another secretary went in and changed a closed docket to active, now everyone under the old case level still remains on each event under the docket.  When you remove yourself from the case level,

This case is closed and the dockets/events are closed as well as of 9/15/2014, however, it still appears on the Outlook calendar.
Could be an issue with duplicate events which would require a re-post of events.  Contact edocketssupport@alncorp.com for help on this.

Can you reassign a client matter for a case?
Yes, by using the Reassign Client/Matter tool located at the top right corner of the case level.
